Eclectic Home

The homeowner’s dream started with a remodel of their master bathroom and quickly morphed into a master suite addition along with a whole house remodel.

The project objectives included space for entertaining inside and out, better storage/lighting in every room, high durability/low maintenance fixtures/appliances/materials for easy living and better capture of the beautiful mountain and water views.

END RESULTS: A home that fits the owners like a glove. The kitchen, master bathroom, and master closet space doubled and with it the storage. The lighting in every room was updated both functionally and aesthetically. The water and mountain views were opened up for the kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom tub by strategic orientation of each space. High durability and low-maintenance composite deck with stainless steel handrails plus a croquette green (a welcome bi-product of the septic system upgrade), provide ample outdoor entertaining space with exquisite water and mountain views at dawn and dusk.
