Dream Becomes Reality

This kitchen project was part of a whole house remodel. The house, custom built in 1973, had only one owner prior to Cindy and Mark Feurstein purchasing it. No renovations had apparently been undertaken since the original build except for the addition on the south side of the house. Other than being dated and dysfunctional, the kitchen was cut off from the beautiful mountain and water view by a staircase (the landing at the top of the stairs was a safety hazard at only 30 inches deep and 36 inches wide).
